I made a calculator to calculate how many beads you need for your crochet bead rope and how long it has to be, before you start crocheting.
There’s also an calculator that calculates how many of each color you need for your project.
The beads I used for the calculator is TOHO rounds, so if you are using another brand, your beads may vairy in size regardless that the name is 8/0 too (for example).
In the calculator there’s NO buffer on 1 inch/2,5 centimeter as is sometimes recommended.
If you want that, then you’ll need to add 1 inch/2,5 cm in the “desired lenght” field.
For example, your measurement around your wrist is 6 inches and you want a buffer – then enter “7” instead.
The calculator can’t take into account how tight or loose people crochet. So have in mind that it is not 100% accurate.
